World Dog Day or World Dog Day is celebrated on 10 October 2021. The day is a day of honor for dogs that have been faithful companions of humans for generations. The important role they play for humans explains why so many people "came to the dog" on World Dog Day. A concrete organization is not behind the invention of the day, but on World Dog Day many different events for humans and dogs are organized. Dog owners often give their four-legged friend a special treat on this day.
Dogs take on various tasks in human civilizations and probably do not have work time off on World Dog Day. As a police dog, they put their sense of smell at the service of fighting crime, rescue dogs recover buried people and guide dogs lend their masters and mistresses the sense of sight. Herding dogs help people to drive and herd cattle and also as a guard dog they provide valuable services to humans. In the course of the common past of humans and dogs, certain breeds have proven themselves for special activities. Nevertheless, every dog needs solid training for such activities beforehand.
But even as pets, dogs have long played an important role in people's lives. Often they replace their owner's partner or family. Many singles prefer the company of their dog to that of a human. A dog does not discuss, can listen well and his loyalty and love lasts forever - regardless of the income or external appearance of man. In addition, dogs encourage their owners not only to leave the house on World Dog Day and to move around in the fresh air during their daily walks. For hunting, dogs are only used in the context of leisure activities.
Keeping a dog as a pet can be expensive. Due to the leash obligation in Germany, the pet needs a leash and a collar, maybe even a muzzle. A dog tax must be paid regularly and, of course, the food as well as visits to the doctor, which should also include regular vaccinations. The World Day of the Dog is a good opportunity to make your dog a special joy - for example with a new chewing bone or a colorful ball to play. In any case, he should enjoy a lot of attention on this special day.

There are dogs that are used in different areas. For example, as a drug dog or guide dog. I live in an area where many blind people live. Not everyone has a guide dog. They are paid by the health insurance and they are so to say rehabilitation dogs. They are very expensive. Even for diabetics, there are dogs. I saw a post about how a dog can smell the hypoglycaemia of humans.
It's amazing. The post was really great and fascinated me.

I have two dogs. The first one is Baxter who is now 12 years old. And we have a new baby Seoul who is only 4 months.
Baxter is a Philippine Native Dog
And Seoul is a combination of yellow and chocolate labrador. He was only two months old in this picture.
