How to access the in-game Help Center!

The in-game Help Center is an excellent source of information. The Help Center is up to date with game tips, level guides, technical and payment troubleshooting and more!

If you are stuck for any reason, it might be a good idea to take a look at the Help Center.

How you get to the Help Center changes depending on the game. Here are simple instructions on how to access the Help Center from our games.

Candy Crush Saga

1. Open the game and on the start page where you would typically press ‘Play!’ to enter the game, tap on the little gear in the lower left-hand corner.
2. Tap on the green gear in the semicircle that opens.
3. Lastly, pick ‘Help Center’ from the list that opens up, and it will take you there.

Bubble Witch 3 Saga

1. Open the game and on the start page, where you would normally press ‘Play!’ to enter the game, tap on the little gear in the lower left-hand corner.
2. Then tap on the “Customer Care” button to be taken to the Help Center.

Farm Heroes Saga

1. Open the game and on the start page, where you would normally press ‘Play!’, tap on the little gear in the lower left-hand corner.
2. Then tap on the “Customer Care” button to be taken to the Help Center.

Candy Crush Soda Saga

1. Open the game and on the start page where you would normally press ‘Play!’ to enter the game, instead of tapping on the little gear in the lower left-hand corner.
2. Then select the ‘?’ option and it will take you to the Help Center.

Candy Crush Jelly Saga

1. Open the game and on the start page, where you would normally press ‘Play!’ to enter the game, tap on the little gear in the lower left-hand corner.
2. Then tap on the ‘i’ and in the pop-up choose the 3rd option ‘Check’ and it will take you to the Help Center.

Candy Crush Friends Saga

1. Open the game and on the start page, where you would normally press ‘Play!’ to enter the game, tap on the little gear in the lower left-hand corner.
2. Tap on the ? mark and this will take you to the help Center. 

Pet Rescue Saga

1. Open the game and on the start page, where you would normally press ‘Play!’ to enter the game, tap on the little gear in the lower left-hand corner.
2. Tap on the gear that appears again and select Help, this will take you to the help Center.
