Hi @Lola_Pop. I'm not a very good photographer, but these are some of the flowers from the bulbs planted in our yard, with most of the pots being recycled.
The tulips are now also opening, giving a beautiful splash of colour so attractive to the bees and butterflies. We also have a large perennial geranium just bursting into leaf, which attracts bees and butterflies. The location is North-West England.
We also recycle as much as we possibly can in the house.

For a long time my family has tried to do our part in helping the environment by recycling, shopping with reusable bags and drinking water from reusable containers to name a few.
We have been lucky enough to have lived all over the world and seen how other countries take conservation very seriously. Germany is one of those places. You will be fined if you hurt a tree (for example if your cat hit a tree and you damaged it) and may even need to pay for a replacement if necessary. They also have very strict recycling rules including a separate container for compostable material.
One thing I really want to do sometime is be part of a cleanup helping save our aquatic friends, by helping wash the ducks etc. after an oil spill or helping to clean the beach to preserve animal habitats (like where turtles nest etc.).
I strongly feel we all need to be part of the solution, not the problem.
