There's a bug at level 4150... it has a 48-sheet goal but in the game you only have 47... the game doesn't end... how to solve it?

I've literally gotten to this spot 3 times and can't pass it due to this error

I am sorry to hear that you both are having issue with the game! Are you able to play the level # 4150 OR is it still the same?

If the issue still persists, can you please tell me which device you are using? And what version do you have right now? The current version should be 1.73 and up!
