I have lost all of my progress from my CCS and then today my Farm Friends game. I've been working with the team but n I thingbthey suggest is not helping. I guess I am stuck with starting all over on those two games. I am really frustrated to the point I'm just about ready to give up and Uninstall the games and not play anymore.

If it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you but it taken longer. 😉

Thank you so much but I have followed their suggestions and I must be doing something wrong. They sent a link for me to video record my steps but too many mgb to send. I'm just going to start all over with both games. It has taken up too much of my time to attempt to retrieve it. All is not lost, I can still play it but this time a little wiser. Lol. Enjoy your playing.
