This problem looks like on Candy Crush Saga. Did you update the latest version of this game? 🤔

If you have updated the latest version of this game already but it's still not worked, try these steps here 👇😊

1. Open this game

2. Select Profile

3. Select Log Out then Close the app

4. Reopen the app then Log back in to your profile (don't play first) and finally Open the game (can play now).

Also check that you have a stable internet connection or a strong WiFi signal. You might want to see if your Internet Service Provider is experiencing any current issues.

You click on "Contact Us" only then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you but it taken longer. 😉

it's OK, that just one issue

the another one is much more worse

they set just 20steps when you play it, but after new update next week, same level could be more steps or be more simple to play, this is so bad design
