MISSING BOOSTS Etc

Hello, I updated the app and lost THOUSANDS of boosts/lollipops/and switches… what can I do to get them back???

Hello there,
Oh dear. Updating the app is not the main cause that you've lost your boosters. Did you uninstall or reinstall the app? If yes, then that's the cause because boosters and lives are stored locally on the device.
However, please read this article "Lost your stored Boosters?" to get help!

I have been playing for years now and this years playing has me feeling some kind of way. I play the wheel, climb, i pick candy for tasks boost, I have won episode races and yet I did a climb and was supposed to receive 1 hour of candy rings they never showed up. what can I do about it??? Candy crush is the only game for me to spend hours playing on my day off lol please fix this issue
