Bronze, silver and gold boxes

So i do a bronze box. Should move to silver. Nope back to bronze again. I finish the box. Should go to silver. Nope back to bronze. Then it moves to silver and maybe to gold or back to bronze.
Is it that hard to set it up to finish one box move to the next and just work the right way.
