As I reached a certain game number it keeps saying Oops it’s not you it’s us, cannot send my Teammates lives or receive any.

    Hi Kim,

    I understand how you feel. Please try the following standard troubleshooting steps.

    1. Check your internet connection. Disconnect and Reconnect again.
    2. Check for new updates of the game through the app stores. If the game is up to date go to step 3.
    3. Clear the game cache. DO NOT attempt to uninstall your game or clear data. This will erase all your game progress and boosters that you've saved up.
    4. Restart your device and go back to the game as usual. Play a level and see if some of the basic features such as sending/receiving lives are back to normal.
