As I reached a certain game number it keeps saying Oops it’s not you it’s us, cannot send my Teammates lives or receive any.

Hi Kim,
I understand how you feel. Please try the following standard troubleshooting steps.
- Check your internet connection. Disconnect and Reconnect again.
- Check for new updates of the game through the app stores. If the game is up to date go to step 3.
- Clear the game cache. DO NOT attempt to uninstall your game or clear data. This will erase all your game progress and boosters that you've saved up.
- Restart your device and go back to the game as usual. Play a level and see if some of the basic features such as sending/receiving lives are back to normal.
