Why can't I log into my King.com account?

Hello,

I used to play on the website and had a King.com account. Recently, I got a new phone (Android 11) and decided to play Candy Crush. The game itself works, but I keep getting connection error message when I try to log into my King.com account. My account is still active, and I was able to log in on the website but not on my device. Anyone knows what the problem might be? I tried both Soda and Jelly but to no avail.

I can't login to the game on my desktop, but I can login to the webpage, and when I try to reset my password , it won't let me set a new password .
