You say it might come together someday but the friends I have only send me maybe 1 extra life a day I send them to them all each time I am on how many can I get a day?

No, you can't skip individual levels. After all, what would be the fun in that? Making your way through the map and its different levels is the best part! In other words, you need to pass each level before unlocking the next one and moving on to the next part of your journey in the game.
If you're stuck on a particular level, a whole community of fans and players would be more than happy to help in our Community. Check out their tips and tricks for passing difficult levels!
You could also get help on YouTube. Just search for the name of the game and the level number and you'll find a wide variety of videos available to help you out.
You can also use some of those free boosters you've won through the various challenges and promotions, to help you through those tough levels. Time to get playing!
