Been on a hard level now for days now really getting peeved with it ! Why is there no extra moves when you watch an ad ?

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

Hello there,
The reason you're not getting the reward after watching the ad may be due to closing of ad before the timer completed or accidentally clicking on the wrong "x" that brought you to a different browser causing you to exit the game unintentionally.
I'm sharing based on my personal experiences. When that happens to me, I'll wait for the as timer to complete before clicking the "x" button and look out for a secondary timer of the ad that is running behind the actual one.
