@vicki_o me, it happens regularly after every update. Then my envelope (with the donated lives) disappeared in the game and there can be no pop-up that I should send life when I open the game.
Just go to and close the app several times. Make sure you have a good and stable internet connection.
If I open and close my game several times after an update, the envelope appears again and so does the pop-up when I open the game. I hope it works the same way for you.

You had several problems and I would like to give you a summary so that your game works smoothly in the future:
- check the storage space on your device. You need at least 2 GB of free space. Lack of free memory is the most common cause of freezing and crashes.
- Make a note of which account you are logged in to the game with. There are very secure password managers in various app stores. If you write down your account details in the classic way, make sure you keep the notes safe and remember where you keep them. This saves you - if a new installation should be necessary - the reset of the password and the inconvenience you had.
- Keep in mind that your boosters are stored locally on your device. Upon reinstallation, all of them are irretrievably deleted. Also, if you go to "Delete data", all bosses will be deleted and also your account information.
- On the other hand, it is harmless if you clear the cache. It is even recommended to do this more often.
- If you are using a new device, keep in mind that boosters will not be transferred. They are only stored on the device where you purchased them.
- Gold bars and progress are stored on King servers when you are online. If you use multiple devices, you can access your Gold Bars from each device and check your progress.
- Please also note your User ID. You can find them above your avatar in your account settings. Double-click on the "King" lettering. Many of our players have added their ID in their signatures (me too). In case of problems, our managers can then help faster.

Yes, even tho I was able to sort my account out and retrieve my boosters, etc..
I'm still having issues with the game freezing upon and trying to use new purchased bars/boosters. So, I'm just going to avoid making any further purchaes I'm afraid.
