Log in issues
Somehow I must have been logged out of my Candy crush and Candy crush saga games. I've reached out to support for help but it's been days and I would like to play my game and record my progress so I'm looking for help. Support said my game was started under my Facebook account so I would have to go to Facebook and enter my password to keep my progress. What I'm trying to do is be able to log into my game on my android device and save my progress and continue to play. I haven't been on Facebook for over 13 years and have played with no issues and have saved my progress o i don't understand how I've been disconnected from my 2 games. I've even tried to reset my password thinking that's the issue and it allows me to reset it but when I try to log in it tells me there's a technical issue. I've been on Facebook, removed the app, cleared the cache, and reconnected the app and nothing is helping. Please help. Thx.

Sorry as I have nothing another solve steps to help you for login issues. So should be waiting for next new update version of the game then we hope this issue should be fixed. 🤞😊
But you can still continue playing new levels on game. 😉
If when uninstall and reinstall the game, I am afraid you will lose some your progress, all of inventory lives and boosters (also some new events).
