My bars have dissappeared but I did not get more moves

Hi,
I clicked on use the bars for more moves, but although my bars reduced, I did not get any more moves. I think I lost almost 100 bars! Please help, thank you

Sorry to hear about your gold bars lost after purchasing moves but not used. You click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you but it taken longer. 😉
