You wrote a very optimistic post. Thank you.
But you are both right and wrong at the same time (in my opinion).
You are right because:
Community members can experience what it means to read a message in a foreign language. They will have to turn to online translators. It's certainly uncomfortable. But at least for one day they will be in the place of those who every day communicate in this way in the Community.
You are wrong because:
These issues will not be understood by the majority of Community members.
I think that most Community members will not read and translate these messages posted in various unfamiliar languages. They will ignore it. They will just wait until the next day. And the next day they will communicate in the Community, as before, only in English.
But thank you for your optimistic post.

I think it's great ๐
Although my primary language is English I could see this as being a very inclusive idea which I think is amazing. Perhaps an idea is for those of us who have been learning a second or even multiple languages besides our primary language perhaps have a separate section to see how many words we can try to decipher from other languages that have been studied. To make it a little more clear for me I studied several years of Spanish both in high school and took a couple refresher courses in college but because I do not use it much at all I am very rusty in that department and would love to have a time to see if I could pick out some words correctly. Just a suggestion and no pressure at all.

Hi @ElenaVorona.
Pray all's well with you.
I agree with you wholeheartedly. On an earlier occasion, there was a thread where we posted something in our mother tongue or other language, together with its English translation. I think that's the only way it might be possible without infringing House Rules.
