Black screen during ads
Level 1
Anyone else getting a black screen instead of ads? It freezes everything and I have to shut down the app (hence losing game progress and any boosters used). Very frustrating.
using Apple iPhone 14 Pro.
Any suggestions?

Hello @KathyPossum if you are talking about Candy Crush Saga loads of people are suffering from the same issue as you I am sorry to say.
The issue of adverts causing people's games to crash is an issue that has been going on for years and it is being investigated by King.

As the issue can only be resolved by King there is not a lot we can do. In my game I have learnt to be careful with the adverts that I watch. I don't watch adverts that give me extra gold for winning the Episode Race as that means there is a chance I wouldn't get any gold.
I always watch the Air Delivery adverts as they don't risk losing a life or pre-game boosters.
When it comes to adverts at the start of a game I only watch adverts if I haven't got timed boosters running and after I have failed the level a few times.
At the end of a level I only watch adverts if I think I have already lost the level and therefore don't mind losing the life if the advert causes my screen to go black.
