Screen goes black after showing ad, and does not continue with the game. This has been happening for the past 2 days

No, I have not been able to get to the game page for 3 days. The pop ups is ok until I get to the page to click to play.

Thank you for the feedback. Most of the time, a black screen in Candy Crush is due to a temporary glitch in the game or your device. It's annoying, but luckily, it's usually easy to fix. Glitches can come from outdated game versions, low device memory, or other apps running in the background.
for some reason when I go on Candy Crush.I get a black screen . it comes up as off line and has always done that, I guess because I play on phone sometimes. I play another game and can get on it and it comes up as off line also and it works. What can I do to fix it? Thanks
I tried force closing app and it didn’t work. I ended up having to uninstall and then reinstall. My progress was saved but I lost all my powerups.
Mine is doing the same thing it is making me not want to play as often

That’s what happened to me I wrote to support but didn’t really know how to describe it. I was fighting so much with connection issues Now I finally get my connection issues resolved I had gotten to level37 now I’m back starting at level 1 oh well

My ad give me no prizes after it turns black then is stuck on Jewel Match king ad. I get no free moves or prizes on level 8222

I am glad to hear that the issue was cleared and you are able to play the game again🤩
With regards to the automated email --> that is the generic response we all receive after sending a complaint. The tips works for simple issues like game crashing, etc.,
But, all other players will have to wait for (up to) 72 hours to hear back from a real agent. After 3 days, you can send a reply thorough that automated email itself and remind the team that you are still waiting for assistance. Somebody will reach out to you soon. This is just for future reference😉

Same is happening to me. Click to play ad for treats. Blank screen with the word Advertisement at the top. Nothing runs. Click out and no treats. This is really slowing me down, no linger fun

the problem isn‘t fixed yet. The reply of the support was only the standard automated response „Have you tried turning the computer off and on again?“ and all that keep-your-software-up-to-date stuff. Not very helpful…
I‘m curious when I will be able to play the game again…

this seems to be a serious problem here. I experienced the same since a few days and all the support is answering with the standard automated message: „Have you tried turning the computer off and on again?“ and all that stuff.
Well, of course I did and lot‘s of other people here did too. This seems to be an ongoing problem which should be fixed.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Ads! Is it a specific Ad or all the Ads you receive goes black? Is it after the Ad finishes or the Ad itself starts with Black screen?
I would suggest you to send complaint to the King Player Support team, so that they can check what's going on in your game! You can send the complaint directly from your game.

This started happening after a new feature was added in the Bonus. I cluck on "Free Moves", watch the ad, and once the ad completes, the screen goes black. I think someone messed up iwhen they added this new feature. Remove the feature until it is thoroughly tested.
This has been happening quite a lot in the past few days. Maybe this is ad specific. After an ad is played, if I click on the X icon in the right-top corner to close the ad, more than 50% of the time, I'm getting a black screen and there is no way to get out of it. I had to kill the app. If this is ad specific, please remove these defective ads! Thanks!

I'm having the same issue, an advert starts to play, the screen goes blank and I have to quit the game to resume play. I've lost game progress and extra moves. Currently in level 14842
After watching an advert Candy Crush black screens & I have to reload. Cannot get any in game boosters now. Also if you hide an add it cancels the booster. Running on Android on S23.

Happens with all ads have cleared cache deleted app and reinstalled turned tablet on and off seems waste of time playing it now
