Hi.l have been playing candy crush saga since 5 years ago. Recently l had connection issue .so I reinstalled the game.but now l can't retrieve my progress.help me please

Please play one level then close down and leave your device off for a moment or two
If you had been saving your progress this should bring it back you may have to repeat the steps 💓
