This seems to be a connection blip
Make sure you have a good Internet connection
Please go to your device settings menu then apps and clear your ingame cache
Overloaded cache can cause issues
Please then close everything down and leave your device off for a couple of minutes
Let's see if this resets it for you
You may have to repeat step 2💓
