Suddenly have hundreds of thousands of boosters
I wasn’t able to play for a few weeks because “new levels were being created” and I suddenly had hundreds of thousands of extra boosters when my game play came back. I have never purchased anything, but I’m very concerned that somehow I’ll be charged for these. Please give me some information.

I don't think you can be charged for something you didn't authorize with a credit card. It sounds like a very strange glitch.
I'll notify the Community Moderators to look into this for you. Would you tell us which game it is and provide your player ID so they can look at your account? To find your ID go into your game and then go to profile. At the top of the page is the King symbol. Double click on it and your number will appear.

New to forums in general so hope my etiquette is ok. Re thousands of boosters suddenly appearing, this has happened to me today, I reached level 900 in Candy Crush Saga and i couldn’t re-open the app. When I did, there were thousands of lives but the “map” had no level numbers on the circles but at the top it said I was at level 9000+. I couldn’t get back to an area of the map with numbers so I two-button restarted my phone and then when I opened the app and signed into it the lives were back to 5 and I was back at the level I had been at originally. But with tens of thousands of boosters, both at the start and also available within the game.
There is no way my phones could be hkd
And although I’m not complaining it would be good to get some kind of explanation.

How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.
⚠️ So please attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️
1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device!
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. 😊.
