There was nothing wrong with my purchase. The problem is the algorithm. When I can’t win multiple games in a row in order to get the prize chests, no matter what, then there’s a problem. I probably played 150-200 games in a 24 hour period and never once won 5 in a row. Maybe make it an option to purchase power-ups/boosters with gold coins? AND FIX THE ALGORITHM!!

You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Prizes not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer. (Mostly of players have asked this problem too on any King's Games)
