Am playing on king. As I said have replayed 2635 throughout last three months with no move to 2636.just playing previous levels and helping other players move on.

Are you playing on a mobile with at least 2gig of memory free if your memory Is low it wont update also what phone do use. Are you completing the level or are you struggling to complete it.
I can hopefully help you further once I am fully informed.
