  • Back when I first joined, I was having problems with Candy Soda when all my boosters were gone after restarting my PC. @Elsa helped me through it but unfortunately I never received a support ticket from customer support. I was really sad and was trying to work very hard to get all those boosters back on my own. Now, thanks to Kimmy’s Arcade, I have like more than what I had before.

    Hello there, @Spinnifix !

    I don't believe this will happen. You can do Part 1, Part 2 or infinite parts, but it would not matter. it is a waste of time and effort. They can improve the Customer Support from within the Community if they want to. It is more cost effective than to open a new one. To create a separate Customer Support, King will have to hire additional employees.

    Thanks for the tag @Diamond Lim I have voted for that it is better, back when I lost everything I mean all my app's and levels. I had to reinstall all of my King Games that I played and it would NOT let me return to the level I was on or give me back all the rewards and gold bar's I had received,so I contacted Customer Servives and wrote them a email and they replied that they will get back to me shortly. After 2 days I then contacted by mistake King Games Support Manager Services, Customer Services Boss, Haha did not mean to do this but oh well 2 days too long to me ! ! 😉 The KGSM contacted Customer Services and I received an email right away and within 1 hour everything was restored to my Games and I was back on my level's that I requested to be back on some games I just left out that I was tired of, plus I received a 10 gold bar's for my inconvenience with an apology from Customers Services, so my point is that if you don't like what your receiving go above them and something will be addressed eventually, if they don't help you just like in our Community the player's ask for help if I can help them I do, if I can't I refer them to a Superstars or mostly I truthful send them to @Crazy Cat Lad or to @candycrushinit or to @Freddy_Falkner because I know they will get exactly the correct answer they need, I was always the one with the answers at my job mainly because of my motto " It not always what you know,it's knowing where to find it " Guess that's why I ran an operated the Company I worked for, for 26 years .

    I really don't know if customer service has improved or not. I have not dealt with them. In the community when we refer people to them I don't see the people coming back and complaining that they didn't get help so I assume they got what they needed.

    I've only been dealing with the so-called Customer Care peopel for three weeks but have had consistently bad service where they email asking me for information, I reply with the information they have asked for, then I get another email saying that since I haven't replied, they are closing the ticket.

    If they are asking people to reply they should at least bother to open and red those replies.

    And, if they are emailing a specific address asking for a reply they shouldn't be blocking incoming emails from that address - which is what they seem to be doing if every single email in a three week period has really not reached them...!

    So I have already sent the same answer email 3 times and received no human response, just the new standard email. I would like to get this post out again to ask you players about it. Please share it. It's been a while since the last one wrote here !! Lim the lists again, thank you.

    Even if they do email you asking for more information, they won't acknowledge your response. You'll get a standard message a few days later saying that since you haven't replied to them, they consider the matter closed. They aren't interested in dealing with customer issues or complaints. I've given up bothering to contact them since it's nothing more thn an exercise in frustration and stress. I suspect that's why they're so obstructive - to make customers give up and stop bothering them... and it works.
