@Marriam1 I never understood the New Year's resolutions thing. Over the weekend we should start seeing advertising about purchasing treadmills and joining exercise programs. Guess losing weight is the #1 resolution for a lot of people. Come January I plan on keeping my eating the same way! No resolutions for me this coming year!

Lol @Elsa can't agree more with you about people flooding to gyms on 1st of every year 😂😂 and then getting comfortable in their lifestyle in another month. Weight loss is definitely on the list for the majority kf the population.

Well i guess resolutions are meant to be broken and noone would have to wait for a new year if they are willing to bring certain changes in their lives 😉
