Just signed on to play and the game opened up starting me back at level 1. Needed to Accept Terms of Service also? I quit playing on FB due to these problems, hoping I didn’t lose everything AGAIN...please help. Thanks!!

@PrettyBubbles, I understand the procedures. Every time King want us to Accept Terms....the game messes up. Each day it’s a different issue, today I only have 10 lives, whereas I had 50 yesterday. I only play on my mobile and Save each game.

I am at level 4490 of BWS2. There are no more levels to the game. I have waited 3 weeks for new levels. When will there be more levels.

Hi @woosh I just wanted to stop by to say hello and to welcome you to the community. I do not play this game so I'm not sure how helpful I can be. But I can share progress with you. Are you still not back at your current level? Please let us know because if you are still having progress problems I can offer you further help below. Lives can always disappear at any time because they are not saved on their server. Do you also play Bubble Witch 3 Saga? If not, you might want to give that a try since your game might be phased out at some point.

First you have to get your user ID # by following the steps from here. Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact
They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were. It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient. You should get an email with a ticket number on it. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form. You will receive a bot email. Respond back to it and then you will hear from someone in Player Support.

Have you tried logging out and restarting your game.
Also you confirmed you was playing on a mobile but not if you use Facebook as there are no future levels via Facebook please confirm this before I raise the issue 👍⭐

I have many times logged in and out of the game. I am also playing on the mobile device.
I am sorry but we have this conversation every so often. This is the fourth time I have had to ask when they are going to adding more levels. They do not add them every week, at least not for me. I understand the I am at the highest level, but it makes it hard to play the games with other players as I can’t click on the box that says “beat next level”.

Hi @giliebeane Yes we do keep coming back to the wait on levels as you know I have explained before that new BW2 levels are not added frequently.
As you are very good and get through your levels quickly this Is why to you there is that long gap.
I will check when the new levels are due by my recognition it should be next week but I will double check.
Please be patient as our studio is super busy right now so its looking like at least Tuesday or Wednesday before I get a response.
If in the meantime the levels are added please let me know ⭐👍
