In the absence of our Community Hub Game Moderators @Elsa and @wykoon, we would like to help you navigate around this Community. Thus, please check out this guide as it will help you find your way around. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Tag one of the Game Moderators by using the @ symbol and then type out our name. You will see a box pop up so click on the correct name and your tag should now be showing up in bold or simply click on the "Quote" function right below our message box so we get your notification.

@MATAR_VOSTEROS the friends that you meet here having nothing to do with friends helping you with lives in your game. The only way to get helping friends is either to play through Facebook and join a group for that game. Then you can ask them to add you as a friend and they will show up in your game. If you play through King the players are randomly chosen for you. I suggest that you go to your gaming area and post there keeping in mind that they can't add you from her to help you with your game.

You might be interested in opening up the spreadsheet and scroll down the left side to get to Candy Crush Soda Saga and then scroll to the right to get the link for their Discussion area. Keep in mind that you can also access the Support area too for any game issues. Welcome to all new community members! The friends that you meet in this community aren't the same friends that you play with in your game. The two are not connected. If you are seeking game friends and play on Facebook then you need to join a Facebook group for that game and then you can request that they add you as a friend. If you play through King those friends are randomly chosen for you. I was told that if you go to king.com and create or sign in with your account that you have the option of adding your friends there.

Welcome to our community @Revosai! The only way that you can add friends to your game is as follows. For Facebook you have to join a group for that game and then ask them to add you as a friend. If you play through King then the friends are randomly chosen for you. The friends that you meet here in the community are not related to your game. They are 2 separate areas so asking for friends here for your game won't automatically give you the opportunity to add them.
