candy crush support restore levels

i am just wondering if i email candy crush about restoring my levels again after them already doing it once. I had them do it a few weeks ago because my phone lost the backup i had and my login sent me back to level 11. I am currently on level 2666, and i was just wondering if i were to have to restore/replace my phone, if i emiled the support team they could restore my levels for a second time. thank u !!

I tried logging onto another device, and it put me at level 2466, and i am actually on 2666. I am connected to the kingdom, but is there any way to make sure it will save to the right level?

Hi @sarahlowry99 glad to hear support helped you with regain your progress.
There is no reason why they wouldn't again.
If your game is saved you shouldn't loose your progress only your boosters. If it does happen again first try checking you are up to date then logg out of the game and turn your device off and on. Then play one level and repeat the trouble shooting tips. This can fix any blips.
If not then yes contact support again.
Please make sure your game is saved. Hope this helps and lets hope you have trouble free gaming.👍

Unable to Login from Android after creating account here . What is it I am doing wrong . Tried with Profile Name as well as Email id . both say wrong password when i try logging on device from candy crush .

Hi @DJKalina1 your account here is not connected to your game. They are both separate accounts. For your game you have to create a King game account. Go back to your game and click on "create" and you can use the same email address and password that you have used here. Then you will be logged into your game.
