Hi @YessicaCon welcome to our community! Where are you trying to access the game and are you referring to a specific game? Which old account did you lose the information - Facebook or King? Have you tried playing the games through King? I haven't played on Facebook in over a year because there were previous glitches and it took forever for Facebook to correct.
