My new law would be that it would be illegal too talk about someone unless they were present or something unless you have stonch evidence 💯

Say it this way:
“Do to others as you want others to do to you"
Or this way:
"Treat everyone the way you’d like to be treated"
This Golden Rule would be my choice. It is very general, does not depend on one`s theological beliefs or absence thereof, promotes empathy and encourages reflection . I`m assuming you mean the spirit of the rule and not just the letter . It is already a principle in Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, and all relegions. Most people are in favor of that rule on principle.
