I just love Thanksgiving Day. It is one of my favorite holidays. I guess I love it so much because I can eat all I want. My favorite is turkey and pie.

Oh oh I got an all time dish of my family. It's a sweet potatoes cranberry apple casserole. It's topped with a mixture of walnuts,pecans,brown sugar and cinnamon and granola. You can eat it warm or cold. But I prefer it warm with a scoop of ice cream. Oh I just made myself hungry!

Happy Thankgiving. I love peas pudding with my Turkey Dinner. 2-3 cups of split yellow peas are boiled in a fabric tied bag for 3 hours. Mashed with butter, herbs and pepper 😊
