@Nenikapaki - Thank you for sharing your Filipino vegan recipe. I am big fan of Filipino food but since turning vegan, I am unable to find Filipino vegan recipes.

I not really vegan but I love veggies more then I like meat. Like I told my husband the other day, “I’m not much into eating the turkey or ham on thanksgiving I like thanksgiving dinner for the sides.”
The recipe that @JessicaBilly posted is my favorite casserole. I make it for every holiday dinner and by request from others too. It does have a lot of calories though. Lol 💕👍
