I've made stuffed mushrooms many times but never tried adding cream cheese. You can steal it and I might try it!

I love fish, especially salmon. And I really love anything Asian. I might try that recipe.

Yummy@ I had to separate the first two and enlarge them. I don't have the best vision so I couldn't read it. The others look fine.

I just did a search for a picture of jack fruit.
I think once on one of my food channel shows they used this fruit. I have to find it.
