I didn't receive my reward!

I was playing level 1163 when I requested a reward in exchange for gold bars.
The gold bars were charged but I did not receive my reward. 
What do I do now?

This must have been quite annoying! Can you please tell me which game it was? Which reward did you request? Did you have a stable Internet connection when it happened, or did you receive an error message?

I didn't received reward for winning the episode 3591- 3605. So far reported twice about the problem. King.com always squeezing money from players and they are lethargic admin.

Very sorry as Master Trophy Feature is still no longer appearing in the game yet. The Master Trophy was removed from the game to be researched and to be reworked on, to update it to something sweeter and bigger. At the moment there is no time frame on when the feature will be back, but they will keep you updated here in the Community as soon as they have any Master Trophy news. Check this information here.

Welcome to our Community and I believe you are referring to the episode race and since you've reported the issue twice, I suggest that you counter check your email. Further, you are advised not to send multiple complain of the same issue as it will be treated as a new issue and the support team will have to start looking at it all over again, thus, delaying the process.

Nevertheless, I hope you can check your email for any reply from the King support team, esp. in the Junk/spam folder.
