Can anyone tell me what kind of Christmas cards are these? What do that represent and say, I'm just curious to who would send them to and what is the message that it represents. Anyone, thanks.

@Elsa thank you for providing all this info. It's funny how we take traditions without questioning their origins.

Thank you @Elsa for the information on how the history of Christmas cards began, since nowadays everyone acquires them very easily with different designs.

That was a very interesting video @Andres-2! In today's world we take it for granted how machinery can do those things for us. Can you imagine living there at that time and having to hand stamp the images and add a ribbon to the card? I'm very happy that I wasn't born back then. Thanks for sharing!

Hey thanks, I appreciate the response. I wish I could have been there to see those cards opened and the reaction to them.

Hi @CarlitaAlfonso me too, though I doubt it would have bothered them, they had Christmas cards of dead animals, children being kidnapped all dark themes. Maybe it was based on folklore, its just weird.

Wow that is fascinating! I can't imagine getting a card like that and knowing me the way I do, I'm going to call and ask what is up with this. How do these cards fit the time of year but also I'm thinking, It was a certain period of time and I guess if you are not there, you can't imagine how people think. I don't know, it's all so strange to me.
