May I know whether you have checked out the FAQ link shared by our Ms Lim above? If you have specific issue with the game, please let us know so we can try our best to provide you some answer.

Please bear in mind that any technical issue relating to the game will be reported to the Game Studio and be looked into accordingly. For any status and progress update. on the fix of the said issues, you are advise to visit the respective game Community. Just click on the respective Community for the game that you're playing in this main page.
