After you take a screenshot of have/haven't connected/ticked link your King and Community accounts, we take a look then here are two option of answers about have/haven't connected/ticked link your King and Community accounts đ
1. If you haven't connected/ticked link your King and Community accounts yet, very sorry as you still never promote Pro Player on King Community. We are afraid. đ„ Don't worry! You can check my tips here how to connect/tick link your King and Community account on King Community first. After you connect/tick link your King and Community accounts (make sure connected same email correctly), you should keep your eyes out until you will receive your notification when you promote Pro Player then you can comment it here that you will get Pro Player Badge on your view profile on King Community! đđ
2. If you have connected/ticked link your King and Community accounts already, that's right! That option will be gone/dissappeared then you should keep your eyes out until you will receive your notification when you promote Pro Player after you have connected/ticked it. You can check how to receive your notification here when you become Pro Player on King Community (if you haven't checked then ticked it yet). đ

Very sorry for my late reply and finally I am back to help and answer you now! đ
If you want sync King account to Facebook account on any King's Games, you can sync one King account to one Facebook account only, and if the old King account is synced with your current Facebook account, there is no way to sync the new King account to it. đ„
And also sorry as you cannot synced your King account with another your different King account (Two different Facebook accounts too) possible too.
Then if you want to connect/tick link your same King Game (in game) and Community (in this community) accounts on this community, you make sure go to Edit Profile then click on âïž of Link my King and Game login details? then save :
After that, you should type your password to enter again. And that's it! You will be linking your King Game Account and your Community Account successful. đ
Please note: You need to confirm your same one email only (cannot connect/tick more than one email same like sync King account to Facebook account too) when you have your account created in order to link the accounts fully.
And please note that you will need to use the same email account (Ask once again! One email only! Cannot connect/tick more than one email same like sync King account to Facebook account too) both for the Community account and the King Game account in order for them to be able to match them.
If you want to change email address especially as wrong email address or another one email address, you can write your correct email address again (use the another same one email account both for the Community account and the King Game account). Then you should type your password to enter again. And that's it! You will be linking your King Game Account and your Community Account successful again. đ
After you connect/tick link your King Game and Community accounts (make sure connected same one email correctly), you should keep your eyes out until you will receive your notification when you promote Pro Player then you can comment it here that you will get Pro Player Badge on your view profile on King Community! đđ

And as Lola Pop the Community Manager suggested another information :
It's an automatic step, the system picks up the players who fit into the category, there's nothing they can check for you.
Please remember: Pro Players play more, they are on higher levels and/or they have been around for the longest time! đ€
