Boosters and adds
Recently a month agoi made a purchase and from that time, I am not seeing any adds where I can see and get extra moves or boosters. For that reason I had Uninstaller and reinstalled the game and the remains booster which I had all were gone. This is a big glitch on this game,
I want all my boosters and also adds enabled..

⚠️ So please also attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️
1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game!
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
They do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to their Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), so they can help. 😊
And the video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

And you can also still earned more free boosters (gold bars) by in-game features/events (also contests) that you can use the boosters to beat any tricky levels too. 😉

Everyone person I have seen ask what happened to all the adds to watch to get boosters have lost their ability to do so as soon as they make 1 purchase.. this happened to me as well. I made 1 purchase intentionally and 1 by accident last year in the 9 or 10 years I have been playing . I haven't recieved one since that day. The game staff claim it is just embedded in some games and not all games. That is their excuse. The fact is as soon as you buy you get no more freebies-boosters or lives- for watching adds. They believe they have caught a sucker that they can force to buy more stuff. I still play but I dont buy and will not ever buy again.

Yes this appears to be the standard comment. It is ironic that it happens to everyone who had the add feature to earn these boosters and it miraculously went away after they made a purchase of boosters for the first time. You can't convince me the company doesn't take those adds away as soon as you make a purchase. They now have identified a new buyer. Why would they keep giving these away.
I would be interested to know if anyone out in the community who had the version of Candy Crush with the Ads that provides free boosters still recieves these video ads to recieve free boosters at the same frequency after they made a purchase of a booster pack.
I get it in that is one of their revenue streams but at least own up to it.
