I have to say something else about languages.

It can happen that it comes across as unfriendly. This is partly due
to the translation or because you can't hear the sound while writing.
It's different when you have a personal conversation without technology.
This should be taken into consideration. Even when I back-translate my
text, it is friendlier than when I wrote it myself.
There are a lot of things you should consider about languages and
    translation.
I've already talked a lot about it with the players.
Please also remember that we are humans and not machines that can be
programmed. Just intended as a little help.

In my post I suggested including a country flag.
Then I would immediately see which country he comes from. That would be
easier for all of us. This means that a person of trust could be
introduced from each language. This way you can gain the trust of the
players. I was happy when players came and wrote in German.
It was good for me to see a German player. I was relieved to see this
    English language all the time.
You also have to think about the player's state of mind.
There's a lot of empathy missing here. That's why the community seems
unfriendly and unloved. Just cold. You should think about that. The
feelings make a person and then also the environment. Maybe a lot of
    kindness can be brought in.

    @95chata

When I read 95Chata's comment about the studio, I
thought of the time when I helped in Candy Crush. Then the level
designers came to the players and talked to them about it. I thought it
was great. There should be a possibility that we can also work with
the studio. Because it passes through several hands and it is not good.
This way you can ask questions and the studio will answer us directly.
It makes a lot more sense. Then the many complaints would stop.
It is always said: We are a community. Then let's all work together.
This is the only way to become a friendly and positive community.

Community leaders should be just that… leaders who assist and guide the players to make to the community better for all, not just some. The community could be made better by making the game play more fair and balanced.

It is well known that some players use multiple accounts to play each game which certainly gives them an advantage. This used to be very frowned upon when I first came to the community but now it is blatantly discussed, even encouraged by some moderators. When I questioned this, I was told it is not against the community rules, but you can see it is clearly stated in the KING code of conduct.

There is also an email provided to report any noncompliance of the terms if anyone is interested

You will never communicate directly with the Studio.
This is why such a position as Community Manager was invented.
The community manager is the studio. Because they are studio employees. Only they can convey your ideas and suggestions to the studio. But in order for this to happen, you need to convince the Community Manager that your idea/suggestion is very valuable and useful for the studio.
The "Ideas" section was created so that you can convince ordinary players of the usefulness of your ideas. But this section is absolutely useless. Because you have to convince not us, but the Community Manager, that your idea is important.
Only the Community Manager can submit your idea to the studio. And only he/she makes the decision to transfer your idea to the studio or bury your idea in a cemetery under a wild bush.
Sorry for being blunt. But this is reality.

I don't understand where you took this screenshot. In the community rules?
If yes, then you are saying everything correctly. You cannot use multiple accounts in the community. A few years ago this was prohibited. I don’t know if it’s possible to create multiple accounts in the community now.

But if you are talking about games, then there were no prohibitions. In any game you can create as many accounts as you want.

Hi! No this is not from the community site, it is the King code of conduct. If I am misunderstanding, perhaps I should contact King for clarification. Thanks!

  • I've noticed that some of my posts aren't immediately posted, especially the ones I make for new members. I'm wondering if these posts are reviewed for correctness before they're posted? It's certainly possible that there's a time delay just due to the number of posts that are submitted.

I think it would be a great feature to allow players to accept the response that helped them the most. This way, players who took the time to write a helpful response would get a notification that their help was appreciated. Plus, I'd like to be able to see if my posts are being uploaded.

I've looked through my profile and haven't seen any of my posts that I've submitted unless they were posted somewhere else in the community. I've responded or posted something every day in the community, but I think my last post was over a week ago. I'm wondering where they are.

    Hello Elena

Previously, duplicate accounts were prohibited. It was a big issue at
the time as SU had duplicate accounts and the CMs knew it.
That's why many players and SU left.
    Now they are allowed again.

    @Colleen12 hi!

I have also noticed that some posts of mine have a delay! This happened only a few times and only when I post in the hub if I remember well! ( or it is my idea!)

I suppose that some bot detects some "critical" words and then someone reviews...

Maybe I am wrong! However I have not any official info about this! 🙂

About the other part of your post, yes, the members can accept a helpful and useful answer!

    You can read more here!

It is important to remember that this is only under the Support sections of every game!

Hey! Would you like to give us your opinion?
