Oktoberfest is a popular holiday celebrated around this time of year, and given its German origins, and how German dragons resemble Chinese ones, I decided it's about darn time I show Mr. Dragon in lederhosen celebrating it with a big sweet mug of root beer in claw.
Germanic dragons are more snakelike and called lindworms, quite not unlike Oriental ones. Also note that due to his short arms and long neck, Mr. Dragon must drink his root beer with a special long dragon straw, which is what I imagined Denize would use to drink lemonade in the Gummy Gala in March of 2022.

With Halloween almost here, it's time to unveil another wacky costume idea for not just Denize, but also her husband, as well as her eldest daughter, Didi: a family of food costumes.
Denize, for starters, would dress up as an apple worm. More specifically, she's a granny smith apple worm. Or make that an "applindworm", because dragons of her kind are snakelike. Wouldn't that remind you of the 9th generation Pokemon Applin and its mysterious evolutions? To top off this fun disguise, I also had her dress up as a farmer, like the apple is freshly grown off of a country farm. This meant giving her a farmer hat and glasses, while having her hold a basket in her claws to collect candy.
While her costume celebrates the fresh country, her husband's costume, by contrast, comes from the bustling city. He's dressed up as a tall, big hotdog. Call him the hot dragon dog. For a further cool look, I had him wear sunglasses and a baseball cap, while also having him collect his candy in a cooler.
And last but not least, we have Didi stepping out in a cute lemon drop costume. And yes, this is the lemon drop that's in the Candy Crush game, one of 6 crushable candies. She holds an orange plastic bag to collect her candies in.
This awesome family of trick-or-treaters is ready to have a scrumptious night out. The Hot Dragon Dog, the Granny Smith Applindworm, and the Little Lemon Drop Dragon! I hope they'd show up on your doorstep come Halloween, if you don't mind the parents' imposing height of nearly 20 feet.

Oh, no! Tiffi had a nightmare where she got wrapped and crushed by the Sour-Pent, Denize's evil transformation!
This fan art would be my only opportunity to make Denize into a fearsome monster! As an eastern dragon, she's long and snakelike, and with thorny spikes running down her long spine and jagged jaws that could swallow someone whole, I just had to take a moment and imagine what it would be like for her to suddenly turn into a giant evil monster, a terrifying huge serpent with jaws that open as wide as a carnivorous plant. To make her look big and intimidating, I decided to make her coils just be everywhere, unlike the original picture where I made sure that you could see her monstrous form in its entirety. With this image, you get the impression that her body is very, very, very long, just because it's impossible to follow where her body goes here. And of course, her body needed to be green to make her look like both a snake and a carnivorous plant combined, especially with the spikes standing in as thorns of a plant.
But to top it all off, I had to show Denize's monstrous jaws opening wide, as if she's excited to make a tasty sweet meal out of her victim. Her jagged jaws remain the same, but there's one wicked addition to it: a long forked tongue that flicks out from the bottom jaw (replacing her purple flat tongue) to make her mouth look like a terrifying invitation to inevitable doom. It would appear to be the last thing our poor Tiffi would see as she's helplessly caught in the Sour-Pent's coils, wrapped and crushedโฆ
Of course, we all know Denize is actually very friendly. So, to avoid breaking with her established character, I've framed this image as simply a nightmare that Tiffi experiences, to go along with the spooky spirit of Halloween, a nightmare that I'm very certain won't come true.

The UFO season is in full swing, and along with it, a battle against mysterious alien invaders!
As the alien invaders strike, they curiously (and mischievously) abduct characters from the game. And they had the audacity to kidnap Denize and her babies!
I made this fan art to not only celebrate the new season, but also show what it's like for the evil alien invaders to take an extra step of cruelty and capture not only Denize, but also her children. The sight of seeing a mother and her children being taken should motivate Crushers a bit more to go and save the Candy Kingdom's citizens, I would reason.
And thanks to the efforts of Crushers, Denize and her babies are rescued just in time for the season's mini-tournament. Freed, she now plans to cheerlead not only the tournament Crushers, but also a resistance movement that will fight back against the alien invaders to deliver sweet revenge and kick their molasses back into the planet from whence they came.
For this cheerleading outfit, I went with a green-ish color scheme to go with the season's theme, tinged with a pink accent. I had to make the skirt and bra dark green to allow for the green UFO candy on the bra to stand out. But because this is about fighting back against the aliens, I took an extra step to add a "no" sign on the UFO (๐ซ) to show that the aliens are to be defeated. The pom-poms would have different shades of green, and the sneakers would be green like the UFO candy, just to make the different shades of green stand out more.

As many players easily mistake Denize as a sea serpent, I've decided to go ahead and imagine her becoming one. At first, it would look like this:
The changes I made were to simply remove all of her limbs and her barbels, change her tongue into a forked one, make her neck frills webbed like fins, and then give her a blue-ish color scheme. But then I remembered that Candy Crush Soda Saga, the game's sequel, actually had a sea serpent character named Nommy, so I decided to change the image a little to make it a fusion between Denize and Nommy, which resulted in this:
I had to re-color her skin to reflect that of Nommy (he's more turquoise-ish), and also color her dorsal spikes and neck frill fins yellow. I also then added arm and tail fins, as these are the appendages Nommy himself had in the game. (Two pictures of him are shown below for your reference):
Hope you're not afraid of seeing her out at sea!

Witness the magical time-lapse of Denize turning into a mer-dragon, then into a pirate mer-dragon. Then watch the transformation take one step further, where she becomes the first mate of Captain Sweet Tooth!
Captain Sweet Tooth is an actual pirate character in the game. He would be interested in having this monstrous mer-dragon pirate be in his service as his first mate, aiding his hunt for treasure. And Denize's mer-dragon pirate transformation would need some extra oomph to make her look the part! This meant adding a dark red pirate jacket, complete with a red and white striped shirt that can be worn by lesser pirates, to help her be proud being part of Captain Sweet Tooth's crew! But there was one more thing I also had to add. Remember when I thought the lack of legs made a peg leg unnecessary for mer-dragon pirates? I then realized that a tail fin would be of importance to merfolk for mobility through the water, which led me to conclude that having part of it being artificial would be a good mermaid equivalent of a peg leg. And that would also pay homage to another invention in the animated film trilogy adaptation of Cressida Cowell's How to Train Your Dragon book series - the artificial half tail fin of Toothless, which he needs for proper, stable flight. With these upgrades, Denize can truly embrace her mer-dragon pirate persona!

In a mysterious clash of universes, in a distant timeline where brutality reigned, Denize the dragon, in a mysterious turn of events, becomes Madam Bo from Mortal Kombat 1!
Yes, she is a cordial woman who runs Fengjian Teahouse, a restaurant that welcomes the guardians of Earthrealm in their continued duty to defend the universe from the threat of Outworld! She knows some martial arts, for sure, to survive a dangerous world, but her hospitality kicks like a dragon. With her fiery breath, she cooks food and brews tea to serve the heroes of the world of Mortal Kombat and aid them in their quests.
This was an interesting piece of crossover fan art. It might be queasy to see me cross Candy Crush Saga with a vicious game like Mortal Kombat, but I can make it a thing and I made sure that the end result here would be sweet, as Madam Bo is not a playable character in the game and only serves as a support. Translating the outfit of the Madam Bo character from the game onto Denize's dragon body was somewhat of a challenge, but somehow I manage. Here she is, ready to serve any hero who will save the world through incredible fighting skills.
