For clarification, we don't assign these manually either, so when the requirements are met this will be updated automatically. 😊

Right I understand, the points can be a bit confusing but it's explained here.

The short explanation is that you can earn points from mainly three things:

1. Answering questions in the Support sections (and the author marking it as the helpful answer).
2. Collecting badges via threads and initiatives in the forum.
3. Getting reactions on your posts, so things like the "Helpful", "Sweet" buttons etc.
