Lost everything

The game was frozen i coudn't doe any thing anymore. So i had to delete the game from my phone en re-instal it..
But now all my lives and all my other stuff like the boosters and power up (or how do you call that) are gone

Sorry to hear that but yes unfortunately it does cause you to loose your inventory
However if you had made purchases the you can select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they can check your account and reimburse you

You can also read these important notes when you have got trouble to lose all of your inventory lives and boosters! 👇⚠️
1. The inventory lives and boosters cannot be transferred / saved to your devices on any King's games when you switch out new or change or upgrade your device or uninstall and reinstall the game!
2. The inventory lives and boosters can saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many inventory lives and boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
Then unfortunately as we do not replace items and help you to return your inventory lives and boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this problem to their player support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), so they can help you. 😊

another possible thing is if you save your progress to facebook or King account. You get your board you were on back, the initial boosters you have saved up. (The ones you can use before starting a level). However what’s not saved are the purchases you made before deleting the app.
