Extra move ad boosters

My girlfriend gets to watch adds for extra moves and ±1 boosters but I don't get them.. How do u set it up to be able to get them as they will be a great help as the levels seem to be getting near impossible and I keep getting stuck for weeks at a time whereas if I had the extra moves I wouldn't be stuck. Probably gonna stop playing if u can't resolve this issue as its unfair

Well, I don't know what game the person that posted this question is/was playing, but I am experiencing a similar problem, except I used to be able watch ads for extra moves, boosters, and extra lives... And now, I can only spend Gold Bars. I am playing Candy Crush Saga.

The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
And you can also still earned more free boosters (gold bars) by another in-game features/events (also contests in this community) that you can use the boosters to beat any tricky levels too. 😉
