Good afternoon, I would like to know what is happening with these two games (candy crash saga and candy crash soda saga) because I needed to format my computer and re-downloaded the games from the Microsoft Store and now when I try to log in to continue on the levels I was always There is an error with the password and I can't log in to continue playing, what should I do?
The password is correct, I'm sure of that, and having already changed the password, it still doesn't work. Thank you, I await your response or help.

If you have forgotten your password in the games, you can resetting it by clicking on the ‘Forgot?’ next to the password field when you log in your account.
Then you will receiving your email address with a link to reset your password and access your account again. 😉

I've done all of this but it still didn't solve the problem, the annoying thing here is that it only happens on this computer and on the others I can continue playing without any problems, including on a notebook that I have, everything runs fine.
