What device or platform do you play on?
If you play on an iPad or iPhone then you use your Apple-ID for purchases and need to edit the payment details on your Apple-ID.
If you play on an Android, then you need to do it on your Google Play account.
On Windows Phone and the Windows app, the purchases and payment details are in you Microsoft account.
The payment details need to be edited on the same account that you use for all in-game or in-app purchases on your device.
