When you login in with Facebook/King.Com on any King's Game with using new device, unfortunately you have lost all your boosters and events will be gone or reset but your gold bars will be still transferred when you save your progress with using new device. 😔
Except you have used old device if you haven't uninstall/deleted any King's Game yet, you have still saved your boosters and event will be not reset/dissappeared.

You can buy boosters with using your gold bars on any King's Games. 😊
If you want to use booster but you haven't it, you click on "+" button of booster then you can buy them with using gold bars that I hope you can understand to read it. 😊

Boosters cannot be transferred to another device. Where you received them, they stay and you can use them there. Go to the gear wheel - question mark = help center and there it is. You can also buy boosters from piggy banks and gold bars. I am happy to answer any further questions you may have.

⚠️ So please also attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️
1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game!
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), so they can help. 😊
