I can't buy anything

Why will it not let me purchase coins?  It takes forever to load and then when I finally hit what I want it doesn't even attempt to make the purchase it automatically says no money was taken from your account and goes back.  Anyone else have this issue?  I've restarted my phone and done all I know to try.  Hope this is the right place to post this.  I'm new so I'm not sure.  I'm sorry

    I can imagine that not being able to make a purchase in the game when you most need it must be frustrating!! Which game are you playing? Maybe in the specific game community we have more information, and other fellow players can give you some tips. You can also have a look at our General Support area. You have to choose if you're phone is Android or Apple, and you'll find some articles which may help you.

    Has anyone found a solution? I've been having the same problem. I'm playing Pet Rescue on an iPhone 11 and an iPad pro.
    Decided to reboot my phone (power off for a few minutes and restart). Everything works fine now.

    I have written several times and gotten replies that state I never answered and you were closing the ticket. I did answer several times!!!!! I thought you were reputable...but I am afraid not!!! I wrote to say that when the game updated I not only lost my status but more importantly I lost more than 50 gold bars I had purchased! It gave me start off of 50 and I lost the rest I had purchased! Please take care of this issue!!! Thanks

    Please help me as I am not getting anything from customer service except automated responses that aren't correct/ I really thought this company had a good reputation. I am a senior and was warned not to buy things from them and I guess I was wrong to trust King

    I haven't been able to purchase via facebook pay for 5 days. I've tried every card I have and paypal. I'm on a desktop.

    ¶ Check Your Internet Connection Speed. It must be 5MBPS.

    ¶ Check Your Storage. At least 2GB should be free.

    ¶ Update Your Game To Latest Version.

    Have you been able to solve the issue with making purchases or do you still need our help? Which game are you trying to make a purchase on?

    Do you get any error message that can help explain what the issue is?
