What just happened to Facebook shortcuts?

Hi, I play multiple King Games (and other games) on Facebook. I used a Windows laptop computer.
I have always had my games in my shortcuts sidebar on Facebook, pinned to the top so I can click them easily. Just within the last hour, all my games have vanished from the shortcuts sidebar. When I click "edit shortcuts" it does not even show the games to be able to pin them to the top or anything. But the directions still include pages, groups AND GAMES even though they removed all the games! Does anyone know what is going on? King Admins do you know why Facebook deleted the shortcuts I intentionally bookmarked and did not give any new section to replace it? Other players, is this happening to you too?

I am in Papa Pear Saga Help group on Facebook and everyone else has also lost all their games from their Facebook shortcuts. I realize Papa pear is no longer really supported but this affects all games, all King Games and other companies games too. It's not just me.
I will try to find some community manager to DM, where is a list of them?

OK I don't even see a way to send a direct message to any of the managers. I can get to their profile but there is no private message button.

First, you click on "Indox" first.
Then you click on "New Message".
Finally you ask for Lola Pop (or other one Community Team) and you ask this problem.
So I hope they can help you faster and better. 😊

Thank you Lim but I do not have that function.
I click on Inbox (the envelope icon) and I get a pop-up that says "You do not have any messages yet". There is no way to actually enter the Inbox and there is no "New Message" box like you have pictured. This is all I see:

I So after much digging and searching and running in circles I found some post abut levels or points and it says
"Points are scores you obtain from your engagement in the Community. The more points you have, the higher you can be in the ranks. And the higher you are in the ranks the more perks and exclusive features that you will unlock!"
Is the ability to send messages or get help one of these "perks" that you can only access if you have a lot of points? A new member just looking for help is really at a disadvantage in that system. If as you say, private messages are the best or perhaps only way to get help, then it seems like that should be a basic function available to all.

How about you sign up this community with phone or you can check again to click on "New Message" as you have reached up to level 2? 🤔
And points can earned by Badges and Answers only. Of course! First target is 5,000 points to get 50 gold bars on any one of King's Game if you have playing any King's Game. 😊

Yes I can understand to read it. Facebook has put games back into the shortcuts section today.
I really was not interested in badges or shiny toys when I registered here, I was just looking to ask a question and people were telling me to use a feature that was not available to new members. It's a rather convoluted process to just ask a question, if you have to make a bunch of extra posts first just to 'earn' the message function, and the message function is the only 'correct' place to ask a question. Not streamlined. This points system does explain what I have seen, people want to reply to every question (even when they don't really understand the question) . I understand now they are trying to earn points. Thank you for trying to help.
