Help to reset game back to Level 1!

Hi,
How can I get my entire game reset? I am currently linked to my Face Book account and up to level 2300 or so but i want to start over from Level 1! I want my whole board erased so I can start over with my Face Book account linked. Please help! I don't want to scroll back to level 1, I want to start brand new! I am serious! Thanks!

Unfortunately you put your post in the wrong section. You can choose your game at the beginning of the King homepage and go to support.
I would have a tip.
I once reinstalled my game on Facebook. When removing, the question arises whether everything should be deleted. But all Facebook entries and post are also meant. You could try that.

You can do like @Lim and geta Kin account and start over. If you have already a King account connected to the Facebook account, you will have to create a new King account.
But if you still want to play using the same Facebook account, your option is to contact Player Support and have them reset your game as only support can do that as you need to agree to the T&C that follows with this kind of request.
You can do by selecting the "Contact Us" button below:

Thank you again everyone for your help!! I have contacted customer support several times but no one ever responds to me. Not sure what else i can do, I guess I can try to make a new account but I had preferred to play using the same facebook account. Anyone know how to get customer support to write back? I think I submitted inquiry at least 5 times, it's automated and even when i reply back to their emails it directs me back to "contact us" again!!

Sorry for your reply! You should wait longer until their team will answer to help you on Player's Support as their team is still very busy to do and help players on King Community.

And Yes! You should create to sign up another new King's Account if you have created new email account that I hope you can play back to the beginning levels. π
