Hi @Melpil362 A very warm welcome to our friendly community. Can you first tell me what device you are playing before I can help you further as BW2 is now only available to play on a mobile device.

Play BW2 on an iPad Pro. Have always played on our iPads. Only recently have all friends disappeared. Except for 1.

Hi @Melpil362 that will be why as I said BW2 is now only successfully playable on a mobile device. You will see things disappear and also it wont update. This change Is recent it took place from the 3rd of August. 👍

I have only been playing on an iPad always. Nothing was changed and friends still show on Candy Crush and Soda. Not sure why it is only BW2 that is affected.

And the issue has been there for at least 4 to 8 weeks.

Hi @Melpil362 Its because as I explained to you BW2 is now only exclusive to mobiles. Other games have not yet made that change. When you do it will be announced. Sorry about this ⭐🙂

That still does not make sense. Why does one friend still show but all others disappeared? If it was a change to the mobile version, then does that mean the one friend left on my list plays the mobile version and all the others are playing on the full version?
